导管架平台立柱结构被守护船撞击的事故常有发生,因此,在设计中应当考虑立柱结构的抗撞性能.NORSOK 规范和 API 规范是世界上被广泛认可并应用的导管架立柱结构设计规范之一,但其适用性还有待深入研究.为了研究 NORSOK 规范和 API 规范中计算导管架立柱结构抗撞性能公式的适用性,以一艘守护船侧向撞击立柱结构场景为研究对象,采用数值仿真技术,分析在不同撞击点和立柱结构设计原则条件下的碰撞力—撞深曲线等性能,并与 NORSOK 规范和 API 规范公式计算结果进行比较,获得了 NORSOK 规范和 API 规范公式的适用性原则.

The column structures of jacket platforms are occasionally reported to be struck by stand-by vessels,which render the anti-collision performance of the column structure to be priority during the de?sign process. Although the NORSOK standard and the API specifications are among the most widely recog?nized for the column structure design,their feasibility has not been fully approved by domestic users. To in?vestigate the applicability of the previously mentioned specifications in the field of anti-collision,a numeri?cal study is conducted based on the scenario that a column structure is struck by lateral impacts from a sup?ply vessel. The simulation results reveal distinct curves regarding the collision force vs. penetration at dif?ferent striking points and under different design criteria. Finally,these results are compared with those ob?tained with the NORSOK and API standards,which successfully validates the feasibility of the presented specifications.
