为了解决目前舰艇直流推进电力系统中变流机组机械振动和噪声大的问题,提出了一种以三相交—直流变换和三重化直—直流变换背靠背联接的交—直流双 PWM 变流器电路拓扑.通过对几种中、大功率密度交—直流 PWM 变流器电路拓扑的对比分析,表明了该变流器电路拓扑的优越性.同时,构建了以“DSP+FPGA”为核心的数字控制系统,完成了实验原理样机的研制并进行了实验验证.实验结果证实,该变换器电路拓扑不仅实现了变流机组的所有功能,而且功率密度、波形质量等得到显著提升,振动、噪声指标分别降低了20 dB和30 dB.

This paper presents a back-to-back AC-DC converter circuit topology with a three phase AC/DC converter and a triple-channel interleaved DC/DC converter. This converter resolves the mechanical vi?bration and noise problem of motor units in naval DC electric propulsion systems. Comparison and analysis of several other large power density AC-DC converters reveal the superiority of the proposed one. Mean?while,the digital control system,based on DSP and FPGA,is built and a corresponding prototype convert?er is constructed. The experiment results show that the converter not only realizes all functions of conven?tional motor units and demonstrates excellent performance in power density and waveform quality,but also reduces the vibration and noise by 20 dB and 30 dB.
