目前我们在建筑施工中使用的资源能源很多是不可再生的,具有严重的稀缺性,因而为了实现可持续发展,有必要对建筑施工技术进行改良,使其在满足人们正常需求的前提下,实现绿色节能的目标.本文首先介绍了建筑施工技术改良的必要性,继而提出了建筑施工技术改良的基本原则,最后针对节能技术改良原则制定出建筑施工的改良政策,希望能够对以后的建筑施工提供参考.

Currently, a lot of resources are non-renewable en-ergy in the construction, which has the serious scarcity. There-fore in order to achieve sustainable development, it is necessa-ry to carry out the construction technology improvement and meet the normal requirements of the people to achieve the goal of green energy. In the article, the author first describes the ne-cessity of technical improvements for the construction and the-n puts forward the basic principle of the construction technolo-gy improvement; final y formulates the construction improve-ment policy bases on the principles of energy-saving technolo-gy, and hopes to be able to provide a reference for later constr-uction.
