目的观察增强型体外反搏治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效.方法369例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者分别进行增强型体外反搏联合药物治疗(A组,n=179)或单纯药物治疗(B组,n=190).治疗行视力、眼底荧光造影、血流动力学等检查.结果 A组患者经治疗后,视力、眼底、血流动力学等指标改善(P<0.05),总有效率高于B组(P<0.05).结论增强型体外反搏治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效显著.
목적관찰증강형체외반박치료당뇨병성시망막병변적료효.방법369례당뇨병성시망막병변환자분별진행증강형체외반박연합약물치료(A조,n=179)혹단순약물치료(B조,n=190).치료행시력、안저형광조영、혈류동역학등검사.결과 A조환자경치료후,시력、안저、혈류동역학등지표개선(P<0.05),총유효솔고우B조(P<0.05).결론증강형체외반박치료당뇨병성시망막병변적료효현저.
Objective To observe the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) on diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 179 patients who accepted EECP combined with medication were as group A and the other 190 patients who accepted medication only were as group B. Their visual acuity, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and optical hemodynamics were compared. Results There was signifi-cant improvement in group A with visual acuity, FFA and optical hemodynamics (P<0.05), and the incidence of improvement was more in group A than in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion EECP is effective on diabetic retinopathy.
