目的观察神经肌肉激活技术对腰椎骨折术后腰痛患者的疗效.方法60例腰椎骨折术后腰痛患者分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30).两组均接受4周共20次音频治疗,治疗组采用神经肌肉激活技术进行腰椎稳定性训练,对照组采用腰背肌强化训练.于就诊当天、4周后及6个月后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和健康状况调查问卷简表(SF-36)进行评定.结果就诊当天,两组VAS、SF-36评分无显著性差异(P>0.05).治疗后,两组VAS、SF-36评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),治疗4周及6个月,治疗组VAS、SF-36优于对照组(P<0.05).结论神经肌肉激活技术能有效减轻腰椎骨折术后腰痛的发生,提高生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of neuromuscular activation on patients with low back pain after lumbar vertebra fracture operation. Methods 60 low back pain patients who received lumbar vertebra fracture operation were divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Both groups received 20 times of frequency treatments for 4 weeks. While the treatment group received the lum-bar stability treatment with neuromuscular activation, and the control group received back muscle strengthen treatment. They were assessed with visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain and Short Form of Health Survey (SF-36) before, 4 weeks and 6 months after treatment. Results The scores of VAS and SF-36 was not significantly different between 2 groups (P>0.05) before treatment, and was significantly different (P<0.05) 4 weeks after treatment and later. Both the scores of VAS and SF-36 improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Neuromuscular activation can relieve low back pain after lumbar vertebra fracture operation and improve the quality of life.
