电网公司经营风险关系着整个电力系统的安全稳定运行.在对电网公司经营过程中面临的风险进行深入分析和辨识的基础上,建立了较为全面的电网公司经营风险指标体系.提出了基于Theil不均衡指数的灰色评价方法,运用Theil不均衡指数确定各级指标的权重,再在此基础上进行灰色综合评价.最后通过算例说明该方法的合理性和客观性.

The business risk of Grid Corporation is related to the safe and stable operation of the entire power system. On the basis of the in-depth analysis and identification of risks faced by the business process of Grid Corporation, a risk evaluation index system is established. The article proposes the grey evaluation method based on the Theil disequilibrium index, using Theil disequilibrium index to determine the weights of indicators at al levels, and on this basis, conducts grey comprehensive evaluation. Final y, the example proves that the method is reasonable and objective.
