邓嗣禹是我国科举考试制度史理论研究的奠基人与开拓者.学习邓嗣禹对于我国古代科举制度的分析理论,评述其历史影响,论述其当代价值,研究对我国文化战略的发展,以及对于公务员考试录用制度的借鉴作用都有十分重要的意义.本文在对邓嗣禹所著《中国考试制度史》一书研究、评价的基础上,对于科举制度的历史影响,从利弊两个方面进行了全面、综合评述.同时引用政治学、管理学的相关理论,在国内首次提出将科举制度作为我国“文化软实力”项目的概念,以及如何进一步扩大国际影响力的具体建议,并对目前我国公务员考录制度中存在的问题,也提出了相关借鉴措施.
