There are 84 types of wild woody climbing plants in Xinyang .All of them belong to 22 bran‐ches and 33 categories .This paper attempts to probe into the climbing habit of the plants and the applica‐tion in the landscaping in order to provide some information and theoretical basis for applying these plants well .
