Objective To propose development strategy,to promote service efficiency and to increase service quality.Methods SWOT analysis was adopted to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,the external threats and opportunities in the development process of sanatorium. And sustainable development strategies were proposed. Results Ideas of innovative development were renewed,characteris-tic brand establishment was highlighted,and standard fine service was increased.Conclusion Exerting advantages,evading disadvantages, removing threats and seizing opportunities to establish a comprehensive sanatorium with research,unique features and quality service.
