目的探讨临床路径在颅脑损伤患者健康教育中的应用.方法将76例颅脑损伤康复期住院患者随机分为对照组和实验组.两组患者均给予常规康复治疗护理干预,对照组给予传统健康教育,实验组给予路径式健康教育.分别于入院时、入院60 d及入院90 d时,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评定两组患者肢体运动功能;采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定日常生活活动能力(ADL);自行设计问卷定期对患者疾病康复相关知识掌握情况进行测试.结果在每一阶段康复治疗护理后,实验组患者康复相关知识掌握情况显著优于对照组(<0.05);FMA及MBI评分实验组较入院时改善明显,幅度较大,与对照组间差异具有统计学意义(<0.05).结论在常规康复治疗护理干预基础上加以临床路径式健康教育,可促使患者全面掌握颅脑损伤后康复的相关健康知识,提高治疗依从性和积极性,加速肢体功能恢复,明显提高ADL.

Objective To discuss the application of clinical pathway to the health education for sufferers at discovery phase of traumat-ic brain injury.Methods A total of 76 sufferers at discovery phase of traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.All the patients were given normal treatment and nursing.The control group were nursed in traditional nursing way, while the experimental group were nursed in health care pathways. Motor function of limbs and activities of daily living(ADL) were de-tected by Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and modified barthel index(MBI) respectively,on 1st day,60th day and 90th day after hospital admission.A self-designed questionnaire was also used to test the message related to rehabilitation care of patients.Results The results showed that the message related to rehabilitation in experimental group was obviously better than that in control group ( < 0.05); FMA and ADL assessment after health care pathways improved greatly,compared with the one in control group( < 0.05). Conclusion The re-sults suggest health care pathways together with normal treatment and nursing can promote patients to master message related to rehabilita-tion care after traumatic brain injury,improve treatment compliance and motivation,accelerate the recovery of limbs function,and thus make a significant improvement in activities of daily living.
