目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)纱条治疗跟骨骨折术后皮肤坏死的临床疗效.方法2008年7月~2012年7月,应用MEBO纱条治疗跟骨骨折术后切口皮缘坏死18例,先将消毒后的纱布剪成与创面形状大小相仿的纱条,再将药膏均匀涂于纱布上,药膏厚约0.3 mm,覆盖于单纯皮肤坏死创面,无菌敷料覆盖,纱布包扎,每天换药1次;坏死组织界限已清楚,但仍有部分未脱落坏死组织的创面,剪除坏死组织后覆盖MEBO纱条,无菌敷料包扎,3 d换药1次.结果15例表浅皮缘坏死创面和2例皮肤全层坏死创面完全愈合,愈合时间最短10 d,最长28 d,皮肤质地良好,1例患者于术后4个月骨折愈合,取出钢板后,创面继续应用MEBO纱条治疗,直至愈合.结论MEBO纱条治疗跟骨骨折术后皮肤坏死疗效可靠,无不良反应,操作方法简便易行.
目的觀察濕潤燒傷膏(MEBO)紗條治療跟骨骨摺術後皮膚壞死的臨床療效.方法2008年7月~2012年7月,應用MEBO紗條治療跟骨骨摺術後切口皮緣壞死18例,先將消毒後的紗佈剪成與創麵形狀大小相倣的紗條,再將藥膏均勻塗于紗佈上,藥膏厚約0.3 mm,覆蓋于單純皮膚壞死創麵,無菌敷料覆蓋,紗佈包扎,每天換藥1次;壞死組織界限已清楚,但仍有部分未脫落壞死組織的創麵,剪除壞死組織後覆蓋MEBO紗條,無菌敷料包扎,3 d換藥1次.結果15例錶淺皮緣壞死創麵和2例皮膚全層壞死創麵完全愈閤,愈閤時間最短10 d,最長28 d,皮膚質地良好,1例患者于術後4箇月骨摺愈閤,取齣鋼闆後,創麵繼續應用MEBO紗條治療,直至愈閤.結論MEBO紗條治療跟骨骨摺術後皮膚壞死療效可靠,無不良反應,操作方法簡便易行.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO gauze in the treatment of postoperative skin necrosis of calcaneal fracture. Methods Between July, 2008 and July, 2012, 18 patients with incision edge necrosis resulting from calcaneal fracture surgery were treated with MEBO gauze. Cut the disinfected gauze into strips at the same size as the wound, smear MEBO on the strips at a thickness of about 0. 3 mm, and then put them on the simple necrotic wounds and cover them with sterile dry dressing and lastly wrap them up with bandage. Change dressing once per day. When the bound-ary of necrotic wounds was clear but there was still some necrotizing tissues not falling off, the necrotizing tissues were cut off and then the wounds were covered with MEBO gauze and bandaged with sterile dressing. Change dressing once every three days. Results Of the 18 patients, 15 with superficial necrotic wounds and 2 with full-thickness skin necrotic wounds got healed with excellent skin texture, and the shortest healing time was 10 days while the longest was 28 days. The fracture of the remaining one patient got healed in 4 months and after the steel plate was taken out, the wound was treated with MEBO gauze continuously until healing. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of MEBO gauze in treating postoperative skin necrosis of calcaneal fracture is reliable without side effects and the operation is simple and convenient.
