目的探讨小儿言语发展规律,观察小儿语言发展的各个环节及进度,以便及时查清病因,尽早干预.方法选择1岁8个月~8岁语言发育迟缓患儿120例,通过倾听家人主诉、观察患儿现状,明确患儿言语发育迟缓原因,实施早期言语干预训练,比较训练前后的语言发展水平.结果120例语言发育迟缓患儿中91例为听力损失,占76%;29例为语言中枢发育迟缓、轻度孤独症倾向等,占24%.因听力损失导致语言发育迟缓病例配戴助听装置并进行言语训练后,听觉感知及语言表达能力均有显著改善.其余病例经个体综合能力训练6~12个月后,语言逐渐萌发,可看图认读.结论小儿语言言语的发育受多因素影响,家长应了解并掌握小儿语言发展规律,发现语言发育迟缓问题及时就医并进行适当干预,以保证小儿语言正常发展,健康成长.
目的探討小兒言語髮展規律,觀察小兒語言髮展的各箇環節及進度,以便及時查清病因,儘早榦預.方法選擇1歲8箇月~8歲語言髮育遲緩患兒120例,通過傾聽傢人主訴、觀察患兒現狀,明確患兒言語髮育遲緩原因,實施早期言語榦預訓練,比較訓練前後的語言髮展水平.結果120例語言髮育遲緩患兒中91例為聽力損失,佔76%;29例為語言中樞髮育遲緩、輕度孤獨癥傾嚮等,佔24%.因聽力損失導緻語言髮育遲緩病例配戴助聽裝置併進行言語訓練後,聽覺感知及語言錶達能力均有顯著改善.其餘病例經箇體綜閤能力訓練6~12箇月後,語言逐漸萌髮,可看圖認讀.結論小兒語言言語的髮育受多因素影響,傢長應瞭解併掌握小兒語言髮展規律,髮現語言髮育遲緩問題及時就醫併進行適噹榦預,以保證小兒語言正常髮展,健康成長.

Objective To explore the rules of children’s language development and to observe the progress of children at each stage in order to find out the causes of language development retardation and to provide early intervention. Methods A total of 120 language–delayed children from 1.6 to 8 years old were studied by listening to the parents’ complaints and observing the present conditions of children. After identifying the causes of delayed language development, the children began to receive early language training. The language levels of children after the training were compared with those before the training. Results Among all the language-delayed children, 91 had hearing loss, accounting for 76%; 29 children had mental retardation or mild autism, accounting for 24%. Those children with hearing loss showed great improvement in auditory perception and language expression after fitted with hearing devices and treated with language rehabilitation program. The other children also made some progress in language development and could read through pictures. Conclusion The language development of children is affected by many factors, so the parents should learn the rules of language development. Once the children are diagnosed with language retardation, they should receive appropriate intervention in time.
