电压互感器在冲击电压作用下的电位梯度分布和表面场强分布是其绕组结构和绝缘设计的重要依据.以几种典型方案为例,介绍了如何建立25 kV 电压互感器的内部模型,计算单元参数,并利用ATP-EMTP 电磁暂态计算程序建立仿真模型,得到多种方案的冲击电压分布,分析增设屏蔽层,优化绕制,并接氧化锌电阻片(MOV)等过电压防护措施的作用,为电压互感器绝缘结构的优化设计提供参考.

Potential gradient distribution and surface electrical field strength distribution of voltage transformer under impulse voltage ef-fect are import basis for its winding structure and insulation design. Taking some typical plans for examples, this paper introduced how to establish 25 kV voltage transformer’s internal model, how to calculate unit parameters, and how to use ATP-EMPT electromagnetic transient calculation program to establish simulation model, to have got impulse voltage distribution of multi-plans. Analysis was made to functions of over-voltage protection measures, such as adding shielding layer, optimizing windings, connecting with metal oxide varistors (MOV), to provide references for optimizing design of voltage transformer insulation structure.
