目的?总结分析肝外伤诊治方法及临床效果.方法?回顾分析该院2005年8月—2011年10月收治各类肝脏外伤76例,Ⅰ级9例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级40例,Ⅳ级16例,Ⅴ级3例.结果??保守治疗26例,均治愈,手术组45例治愈,16例出现术后并发症,均经保守治疗治愈.死亡5例.结论?正确的诊断,合理的非手术治疗,快速有效的止血,合理的手术方法,遵循手术控制原则是治疗肝外伤成功的关键.

Objective Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of liver trauma methods and clinical effect. Methods Retrospective analysis all kinds of liver trauma of 76 cases from August 2005 to October 2011 in our hospital,9 cases in grada I,8 cases in grade II,40 cases in grade III,IV of 16cases,3 cases in grade V. Results Conservative treatment of 26cases were cured,45 cases were cured by operation,postoperative complications occurred in 16 cases,were cured by conservative treatment. 5 cases are death. Conclusion The correct diagnosis,rational non operation treatment,rapid and effective hemostasis,reasonable operation method, follow the operation control principle are the key to the success of treatment of liver trauma.
