目的研究直肠癌前哨淋巴结活检及前哨淋巴结微转移检测方法,分析CNP,SLN的可行性.方法?对到该院进行治疗的45名结直肠癌患者进行CNP和TSC联合活检,对常规病理学检查SLN及非SLN均阴性的SLN行细胞角蛋白进行检测,记录并分析检查结果.结果?45名患者中有30名患者检测出30个SLN,总体的SLN活检成功率为90.1%,每例平均1.75个.结论?CNP联合TSC活性检查对于预测其区域淋巴结的转移状态具有很大的意义,但是SLN中mRNA的水平差异与预后有一定关系,需要作出进一步研究分析.

Objective To study the colorectal cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy and sentinel lymph node micro transfer detection method,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the CNPSLN. Methods 30 patients in our hospital with colorectal cancer to use CNP and TSC biopsy,the routine pathological examination SLN and non SLN were all negative of SLN line cytokeratin for testing,record and analysis of the test results. Results 45 patients with 30 patients detected 30 SLN,overall SLN biopsy success rate of 90.1%,each example average 1.75. Conclusion CNP and TSC biopsy to predict the state of regional lymph node metastasis of great significance,but in the SLN mRNA level differences and prognosis have certain relations, need to make further research and analysis
