目的?观察中医古方金水六君煎(《景岳全书》)加减味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效.方法?治疗组32例,以金水六君煎为基本方,根据症候加味进行治疗,服药20 d;对照组31例,采用西药解痉平喘、消炎、激素和吸氧等综合治疗,疗程20 d.结果?治疗组总有效率87.50%,复发率25%,对照组有效率64.52%,复发率60%.结论?金水六君煎加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,充分发挥中医药治疗COPD的优点,安全有效,明显优于西药内服.
목적?관찰중의고방금수륙군전(《경악전서》)가감미치료만성조새성폐질병료효.방법?치료조32례,이금수륙군전위기본방,근거증후가미진행치료,복약20 d;대조조31례,채용서약해경평천、소염、격소화흡양등종합치료,료정20 d.결과?치료조총유효솔87.50%,복발솔25%,대조조유효솔64.52%,복발솔60%.결론?금수륙군전가미치료만성조새성폐질병,충분발휘중의약치료COPD적우점,안전유효,명현우우서약내복.
Objective Observation the curative effect of ancient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine Jinshui Liu Jun Jian modified in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease curative effect.Methods 32 cases in the treatment group,six Jun Jian in Jinshui as the basic method,according to the symptoms with treatment,medication for 20 days;the control group of 31 cases.The WM antispasmodic,anti-inflammatory,hormones and oxygen inhalation therapy, course of treatmentis20days.Results The total effectiveness is 87.50% in the treatment group,and the recurrence rate is 25%.The effective rate is 64.52% in control group,and the recurrence rate is 60%.conclusion Using Jin Shui Liu Jun Jian with the flavor in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COPD,safe and effective,which is significantly superior to the oral medication of the western medicine.
