目的:分析西藏林芝、日喀则和阿里3个地区当前医疗卫生资源配置的公平性状况,为进一步合理配置西藏卫生资源提供依据.方法:采用基尼系数分析法对样本地区三级医疗机构的业务用房面积、专用设备总值、实际开放床位和卫生技术人员数等指标从人口和地理面积的角度进行基尼系数的公平性分析.结果:西藏当前医疗卫生资源配置无论从人口分布还是从地理分布上均为基层严重不公平状态,地区级则为较公平和正常状态.结论:应加大对基层相关卫生资源的投入力度.

Objective: To analyze the equity of medical health resource allocation in three prefectures of Tibe,including Linzhi, Rikaze and Ali, and to provide basis for making more rational medical health resource allocation in the future. Methods: Gini Coefficiency method was employed to analyze, from population and geographic space aspects, the equity of the medical health resource indicators including building space, medical equipment, effective beds and health workers from the sample medical institutions at three levels. Results: From both population and geographic space aspects, the medical health resource allocation at lower level is severely inequitable. It is more equitable and in normal status at prefecture level. Conclusions: More relevant medical health resources should be invested to the lower level health institutions.
