目的:分析西藏3地区当前医疗卫生资源配置的效率状况,为进一步合理配置西藏卫生资源提供依据.方法:利用数据包络法对西藏样本地区40家乡镇卫生院、13家县级和8家地区级医疗机构的卫生资源配置状况进行分析.结果:西藏当前医疗卫生资源配置严重低下,基层乡镇一级配置效率最低.结论:应加大对基层卫生资源的投入力度,并提高现有资源的利用率.

Objective: To analyze the efficiency of medical health resource allocation in three prefectures of Tibet and to provide basis for making more rational medical health resource allocation in the future. Methods: DEA method was employed to analyze the efficiency of the medical health resource allocation in the medical institutions from the sample areas. Results: The efficiency of the current medical health resource allocation in Tibet is extremely low, with the township at lowest level. Conclusions:More medical health resources should be provided to the lower level health institutions and utilization of the existing health resources should be increased.
