本文采用土弹簧的模型模拟回填土对于高层建筑地下室的约束,并运用有限元分析软件ETABS对带有全埋地下室的高层建筑与带有一面开敞的非全埋地下室的高层建筑进行弹性时程对比分析.研究得出,地下室外墙为结构底部提供较大侧移刚度,地下室四周土体对地下室的位移产生约束并抵消一部分水平地震力,两种对比模型的地下室顶板处位移均较小,地下室顶板可以作为嵌固端.

In this study,we simulated the constraint of backfill on the basements of tall-buildings based on the soil-spring model, and used ETABS to make elastic dynamic analysis of the tall buildings with all-buried basements,compared with those with one-side-open semi-basements.It was found that the wall of the basement provided large lateral stiffness to the structures,and the soil around the basement counteracted parts of the horizontal seismic force.Both models had small displacement at the roof of the basements,and the fixings can be positioned on the roof of the one-side-open semi-basement.
