目的研究星形细胞瘤患者血浆血小板微颗粒(platelet microparticles,PMPs)含量以及与临床病理参数间的相关性.方法利用流式细胞仪检测22例星形细胞瘤患者术前及术后血浆中PMPs水平,并分析其与病理参数间的相关性.结果随星形细胞瘤肿瘤级别的升高,术前PMPs水平也随之升高(P<0.05);术后PMPs水平较术前明显下降(P<0.05),但与肿瘤各临床参数间无统计学意义.结论 PMPs水平与星形细胞瘤及其级别相关,可能成为临床预测指标.

Objective To investigate the levels of platelet microparticles(PMPs) before and after operation in patients with glioma.Methods The plasma concentration of PMPs of the blood samples(n=22) to the schedule(before operation,5 days after operation) were measured by flow cytometer.Results The level of PMPs was significantly higher in poor differentiation astrocytoma than those in well differentiation astrocytoma(P<0.05);Meanwhile,the level of PMPs was significantly decreased after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of PMPs may be a new prognostic factor for astrocytoma,and PMPs may play an important role in astrocytoma patients at preoperation and postoperation.
