目的:研制适用于临床的不粘伤口的、无油腻感的、可以提供湿性愈合环境的纱布.方法润湿性凡士林纱布是将添加了水凝胶颗粒和医用高分子材料凝固剂的凡士林涂布于聚酯纤维网上.考察了水凝胶颗粒和医用高分子材料凝固剂对凡士林性能的影响,并研究了凡士林纱布的涂布或浸渍工艺.对凡士林纱布的皮肤刺激性、致敏反应和细胞毒性进行了试验.结果润湿性凡士林纱布的含胶量为122g/m2,润湿性凡士林纱布油胶的断裂伸长率为169%,回缩率为47%,润湿性凡士林纱布涂布成半封闭状且上胶均匀;无皮肤刺激性、无致敏反应及无细胞毒性.结论该润湿性凡士林纱布制备工艺切实可行,稳定可靠,为临床使用提供了依据.

Objective: The purpose is to research a kind of novel clinical gauze, which has non-stick wound and no greasy feeling and can provide the wet healing environment. Methods: the Wettability Vaseline gauze was fabricated by coating vaseline added hydrogel partical and biopolymer coagulant on polyester fiber network . The effect of hydrogel partical and biopolymer coagulant on the properties of vaseline, and the coating or dipping preparation of the vaseline gauze were researched. The skin irritation, anaphylactic reactions, and cytotoxicity of the vaseline gauze were tested. Results: The gel content of the Wet ability Vaseline gauze is 122 g/m2. The elongation at break of the gauze is 169% and the retraction rate is 47%. The vaseline was coated on the gauze into semi-closed shape and evenly distributed. The novel gauze has non skin irritation, non anaphylactic reaction, and non cytotoxicity. Conclusion: The preparation of the Wet ability Vaseline gauze is practicable and it provides a basis for clinical use.
