目的:探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)检查对心肌桥诊断的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析300例冠状动脉CTA患者,评估心肌桥的发生率、位置、长度、心肌厚度及壁冠状动脉近段和远段血管的形态.结果:心肌桥共检出82例(95段),检出率为27.3%,发生在前降支中段73处,占79.3%(73/95),心肌桥厚度为0.4~11.2mm,平均厚度为1.7mm,壁冠状动脉长度为13mm~52mm,平均22mm.结论:64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像能清晰准确显示壁冠状动脉与心肌的解剖关系,对心肌桥的检出率高,是确诊心肌桥的首选检查方法.

목적:탐토64배라선CT관상동맥성상(CTA)검사대심기교진단적응용개치.방법:회고성분석300례관상동맥CTA환자,평고심기교적발생솔、위치、장도、심기후도급벽관상동맥근단화원단혈관적형태.결과:심기교공검출82례(95단),검출솔위27.3%,발생재전강지중단73처,점79.3%(73/95),심기교후도위0.4~11.2mm,평균후도위1.7mm,벽관상동맥장도위13mm~52mm,평균22mm.결론:64배라선CT관상동맥성상능청석준학현시벽관상동맥여심기적해부관계,대심기교적검출솔고,시학진심기교적수선검사방법.
Objective: Discussion of 64 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging ( CTA ) examinations for diagnosis of myocardial bridge. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 300cases of coronary artery in patients with CTA, assessment of myocardial bridge of the incidence, location, length, thickness and wall myocardial coronary artery proximal and distal vascular morphology. Results:Myocardial bridge were detected in 82cases (95), the detection rate is 27.3%, occurring in the anterior descending73, accounted for 79.3%(73/95), myocardial bridge a thickness of 0.4 to11.2mm, average thickness of 1.7mm, mural coronary artery length is 13mm~52mm, the average 22mm.Conclusion:64-row spiral CT coronary artery imaging can clearly display the mural coronary artery and myocardial anatomy relationship of myocardial bridge, high detection rate, myocardial bridge is diagnosed first examination method.
