目的建立测定加味八珍益母颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量.方法采用薄层扫描法测定盐酸水苏碱含量,硅胶G薄层预制板,正丁醇-盐酸-乙酸乙酯(831)溶液为展开剂,测定波长510nm,Sx=3反射式锯齿扫描.结果盐酸水苏碱点样量在4.43-11.07μg间和吸收度积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.08%,RSD=2.49%.结论薄层扫描法便捷、灵敏、准确,可作为加味八珍益母颗粒的质量控制方法.

Objectives To establish an accurate method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Jiawei Bazhenyimu Granules. Method TLC scanner was selected to detect silica gela thin layer. The sample was separated by using n-BuOH-HCl-EtOAC(8 3 1) solution, the plate was scanner at 510nm. Results The linear ranges of stachydrine hydrochloride was 4.43-11.07μg, the average recovery was 100.08% and RSD was 2.49%. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Jiawei Bazhenyimu Granules.
