以国外某红土镍矿经氯化离析法预处理后的还原矿为原料,对锈蚀法处理预还原红土镍矿工艺进行研究,系统考察酸料质量比、空气流量、锈蚀温度、锈蚀时间、搅拌速率以及固液比(固体质量与液体体积比,mg/mL)对铁、镍和钴浸出率的影响.结果表明:在酸料质量比0.10,空气流量1 L/min、锈蚀温度80℃、锈蚀时间8 h、搅拌速率300 r/min 和固液比1:10的条件下,镍和钴的浸出率分别达到90.9%和80.2%,铁的浸出率仅为9.9%,实现了铁与镍和钴的分离.
以國外某紅土鎳礦經氯化離析法預處理後的還原礦為原料,對鏽蝕法處理預還原紅土鎳礦工藝進行研究,繫統攷察痠料質量比、空氣流量、鏽蝕溫度、鏽蝕時間、攪拌速率以及固液比(固體質量與液體體積比,mg/mL)對鐵、鎳和鈷浸齣率的影響.結果錶明:在痠料質量比0.10,空氣流量1 L/min、鏽蝕溫度80℃、鏽蝕時間8 h、攪拌速率300 r/min 和固液比1:10的條件下,鎳和鈷的浸齣率分彆達到90.9%和80.2%,鐵的浸齣率僅為9.9%,實現瞭鐵與鎳和鈷的分離.

The treatment of reductive laterite by corrosion process was studied using the laterite processed by chloridizing segregation process as starting materials. The effects of mass ratio of acid to ore, air flux, leaching temperature, leaching time, stirring speed, and solid-to-liquid ratio (ratio of solid mass to liguid volume, g/mL) on the leaching rates of Fe, Ni and Co were systematically investigated. The results show that under the optimum conditions of mass ratio of acid to ore 0.1:1, air flux 1 L/min, leaching temperature 80 ℃ and time 8 h, stirring speed 300 r/min, solid-to-liquid ratio 1:10, the leaching rates of Ni and Co are respectively 90.9% and 80.2%, and the leaching rate of Fe is only 9.9%. Consequently, Ni and Co can be effectively separated from Fe.
