目的探讨肺动脉血栓栓塞的病因.方法回顾性分析肺动脉血栓栓塞患者17例,对发病病因进行分析和探讨.结果肺动脉血栓栓塞发病原因较多且复杂,其中血栓性深静脉炎和深静脉血栓是最多见的原因,为肺动脉血栓栓塞的高危因素;血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1及凝血纤溶因子如组织因子异常也是常见原因.结论肺动脉血栓栓塞病因的探讨对于肺动脉血栓栓塞的诊治及预后均具有重大的意义.
