目的探讨炎琥宁注射液与鱼腥草注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法将小儿肺炎患者150例,按照治疗方式分为炎琥宁组78例和鱼腥草组72例,炎琥宁组给予炎琥宁注射液治疗,鱼腥草组给予鱼腥草注射液治疗.两组患者治疗一个疗程后对临床症状和体征、疗效及不良反应进行评估.结果炎琥宁组患者症状和体征消失时间与鱼腥草组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).炎琥宁组和鱼腥草组治疗有效率分别为92.31%和93.06%,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).炎琥宁组不良反应发生率较鱼腥草组高,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05).结论炎琥宁注射液与鱼腥草注射液治疗小儿肺炎的疗效相当,但鱼腥草注射液不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To explore clinical effect and safety of houttuynia injection and yanhuning injection for children's pneumonia. Methods The pediatric pneumonia patients in 150 cases, in accordance with the mode of treatment for 78 cases of Houttuynia cordata Thunb on group and group 72 cases, clinical group given potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection therapy, Houttuynia cordata Houttuynia injection in treating group was given.Two groups of patients after a course of treatment on the clinical symptoms and signs, clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of assessment. Results Clinical groups of patients with signs and symptoms disappeared and Houttuynia comparisons between groups were not statistical y significant (P>0.05). Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate and Houttuynia group treatment efficiency were 92.31%and 93.06%, two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Clinical adverse reaction of Yuxingcao group incidence group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection and Houttuynia injection in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia curative effect quite, but the adverse reaction of Yuxingcao injection with low incidence, it is worth for clinical use.
