目的:研究肉桂对人宫颈癌细胞生长的影响.方法:肉桂水煎液作用于宫颈癌细胞后,CCK-8法检测细胞增殖和贴壁情况,划痕实验分析细胞的迁移能力,流式细胞术分析细胞周期.结果:作用48 h 后,高、中、低浓度肉桂组宫颈癌细胞生长抑制率分别为97.12%、24.58%、15.40%;贴壁率为48.3%,与对照组相比明显减少(P<0.05),且明显降低细胞的迁移(P<0.05);FCM 显示细胞周期移行被阻滞于 G2期.结论:肉桂对体外人宫颈癌细胞增殖有明显抑制作用,并可降低肿瘤细胞贴壁率和迁移能力,阻滞细胞周期于 G2期.

목적:연구육계대인궁경암세포생장적영향.방법:육계수전액작용우궁경암세포후,CCK-8법검측세포증식화첩벽정황,화흔실험분석세포적천이능력,류식세포술분석세포주기.결과:작용48 h 후,고、중、저농도육계조궁경암세포생장억제솔분별위97.12%、24.58%、15.40%;첩벽솔위48.3%,여대조조상비명현감소(P<0.05),차명현강저세포적천이(P<0.05);FCM 현시세포주기이행피조체우 G2기.결론:육계대체외인궁경암세포증식유명현억제작용,병가강저종류세포첩벽솔화천이능력,조체세포주기우 G2기.
Objective:To investigate the effects of cinnamon on the growth of Hela cells.Method:Hela cells were treated with the decoction of cinnamon,and its effects on the proliferation and adhesion of Hela cells were determined by the CCK-8 assay.The Scratch Test and Flow Cytometry were used to analyze Hela cells’ migration and growing cycle.Result:After 48 hours,cinnamon group cell growth inhibition rate respectively was 97.12%, 24.58%,15.40%,which measure in high,middle and low concentration.Comparing with the control group,the adherence rate was 48.3%(P<0.05) and the rate of Hela cells’ migration was reduced significantly(P<0.05).FCM showed that the cell cycle was arrested at G2 phase.Conclusion:Cinnamon can inhibit Hela cells in vitro and may be block the growth,Conglutination,movement and infiltration of Hela cells.
