With the social progress and economic developme-nt, the demands of people’s living environment are increasing. The hydropower instal ed as one of the important aspects of th-e real estate projects, its quality directly affects the quality of t-he entire construction project. In recent years, engineering tec-hnology continuously improves and the real estate hydropower instal ed technology is also improving. The good quality of th-e instal ation of hydropower not only is the guarantee of high quality life, but also decides the economic and social benefits of the entire real estate construction projects. In this article, th-e author first analyzes the current situations of the estate proje-cts for the instal ation of hydropower management, then puts f-orward the technical points of the instal ation of hydropower in real estate projects and provide some suggestions and ideas for the development of China's real estate industry.
