目的:观察妊娠早期甲状腺激素变化,为相关疾病的诊治提供理论依据.方法:测定孕前及妊娠早期的血清甲状腺激素水平,比较分析其变化.结果:妊娠早期血清 TT3、TT4均高于妊娠前水平,血清 TSH 水平在孕早期低于孕前的测定值.结论:妊娠早期血清甲状腺激素不同于非妊娠时水平,检测妊娠时甲状腺功能变化有助于防治相关疾病及优生优育.

Objective:To evaluate the hormone about the function of thyroid gland in early pregnancy.Method:The information parameters of thyroid function in the non pregnant and the early pregnancy women,including serum free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxin(FT4),total triiodothyronine(TT3),total thyroxin(TT4)and TSH,were measured with radioimmunoassay methods.Result:Serum TT3 and TT4 concentration in early pregnancy were all above that of non-pregnancy,moreover,serum concentration of TSH in early pregnancy was below that of non-pregnancy. Conclusion:Parameters of thyroid function in early pregnancy is different from that of non-pregnancy,it is valuable for bear and rear better children to evaluate thyroid function by examinating the concentration related thyroid function during pregnancy.
