目的:通过质控考核提高微生物实验室检测能力,检验人员技术水平,增强实验室竞争力.方法:依据国家标准 GB/T4789-2003,GB/T4789-2008,GB4789-2010结合显色培养基及 ATB 生化鉴定仪对半固体盲样中食源性致病菌(沙门氏菌,大肠杆菌 O157:H7,志贺氏菌,单核细胞增生李斯特菌,副溶血性弧菌,小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌,空肠弯曲菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,溶血性链球菌阪崎肠杆菌,蜡样芽孢杆菌)进行分离鉴定.结果:经分离鉴定,半固体盲样中检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌和阪崎肠杆菌.结论:本次质控考核使用选择性强、特异性高的显色培养基及快速生化鉴定条(ATBID32E、APILister),使检测更加快速、特异、敏感,取得满意结果.

Objective:Through quality control can improve laboratory detection capability,laboratory technician levels and increasing laboratory competition.Method:According to international standard GB/T4789-2003,GB/T4789-2008 and GB4789-2010 ,Samples were detected via international standard methods combined with their own chromomeric medium and ATB biochemistry identification cards.Result:Via isolation and identification ,two kinds of food _borne pathogens(Lister monocytogenes and E.sakazakii )were identification in unknown semi soild medium.Conclusion:This Quality control we use medium with high selection and sensibility ,ATB ID32E and APILister made detection more rapid,special and sensibility compared with international standards. The test results is satisfactory.
