目的:探讨奥曲肽治疗肝硬化合并上消化道大出血的疗效.方法:对笔者所在医院收治的60例肝硬化合并上消化道大出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均予抗炎、止血、抑酸、保肝护肝以及其他对症治疗.观察组在对照组基础上予奥曲肽治疗.结果:观察组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组显效时间达(6.1±2.6)h,再出血率达16.7%(5/30),对照组显效时间达(12.3±3.7)h,再出血率达40.0%(12/30),两组止血显效时间及再出血率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:奥曲肽治疗肝硬化合并上消化道大出血优良率高,止血效果快,再出血率低,值得推广应用.

Objective:To study the effect of octreotide the gastrointestinal bleeding efficacy in the treatment of cirrhosis of the liver.Method:Upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients in our hospital 60 patients with cirrhosis were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 30 patients,all were given anti-inflammatory,hemostatic,acid suppression,liver protection and other symptomatic treatment.The observation group was given octreotide treatment on the basis of the control group.Result:The efficacy rate of observation group and the control group was 93.3%, 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),markedly time of Observed group was(6.1±2.6)h,rebleeding rate was 16.7%(5/30), control group was(12.3±3.7)h,rebleeding rate was 40.0%(12/30),hemostasis markedly time and the rebleeding rate comparison of two groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Octreotide treatment of cirrhosis of the liver gastrointestinal bleeding excellent rate hemostatic effect,low rebleeding rate should be widely applied.
