目的:对院内便携式血糖仪实行统一的质量管理,实施一系列质量管理措施,使院内血葡萄糖的检测结果具有可靠性及可比性.方法:实行行政制度化管理,成立管理委员会,采取质量控制及质量保证手段,实行严格的比对制度以及实施统一的培训工作和考核制度.结果:行政管理和高质量的培训工作可以得到管理层的高度重视,日常质控品的检测可以发现便携式血糖仪及试纸条是否发生变化,室间质量评价两年来葡萄糖和便携式血糖仪PT成绩100%,无失控样本,比对葡萄糖浓度2.8~22.2 mmol/L的7个浓度范围53个样本,全部合格.结论:对院内便携式血糖仪实施一系列的质量管理措施使院内血葡萄糖的检测结果具有可靠性及可比性,取得一定实际应用效果.

Objective:To conduct a series of measures to execute a unified quality management on hospital portable blood glucose meter,in order to make the test results of hospital blood glucose reliable and comparable. Method:To carry out systematic administrative management,setting up management committee,taking quality control and assurance means,rigorous comparison of the system and the implementation of high-quality training programs. Result:Administration and high-quality management training could be highly appreciated by the hospital administrators. The daily quality control testing could find problems if the portable blood glucose meter and test strip changed. For two years,the room quality assessment of the proficiency testing performance of glucose and the portable blood glucose meter were 100%,which had no loss of control specimens. Comparison of 53 specimens which had 7 different glucose concentration,between 2.8 mmol/L and 22.2 mmol/L,the tests all qualified. Conclusion:To implement a series of intervention on quality control of the hospital portable blood glucose meter,to make results of the hospital blood glucose reliable and comparable and have an effect on practical applications.
