目的:探讨实施提高护士自我效能感的干预措施对降低护士职业倦怠的效果.方法:实施具体干预措施提高护士自我效能感,观察、调查和分析护士职业倦怠的改善情况.结果:实施前护士自我效能感与情绪枯竭维度呈显著负相关,护士自我效能感与个人成就感维度呈显著正相关,护士自我效能感与去人格化倾向维度无明显相关性.实施干预措施后,病房、急诊科护士一般自我效能感显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).病房、急诊科护士情绪枯竭、去人格化倾向得分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),病房、急诊科、ICU护士个人成就感得分均提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:提高临床护士自我效能感,可以稳定她们工作中的不良情绪,发挥她们的主观能动性,提升其工作能力,对降低职业倦怠,促进自身职业生涯的发展起到至关重要的作用.

목적:탐토실시제고호사자아효능감적간예조시대강저호사직업권태적효과.방법:실시구체간예조시제고호사자아효능감,관찰、조사화분석호사직업권태적개선정황.결과:실시전호사자아효능감여정서고갈유도정현저부상관,호사자아효능감여개인성취감유도정현저정상관,호사자아효능감여거인격화경향유도무명현상관성.실시간예조시후,병방、급진과호사일반자아효능감현저제고,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05).병방、급진과호사정서고갈、거인격화경향득분균강저,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01),병방、급진과、ICU호사개인성취감득분균제고,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01).결론:제고림상호사자아효능감,가이은정저문공작중적불량정서,발휘저문적주관능동성,제승기공작능력,대강저직업권태,촉진자신직업생애적발전기도지관중요적작용.
Objective:To analysis on the effect of reducing nurse occupation burnout to improve nurses’ self-efficacy intervention.Method:The implementation of specific interventions had been improved nurses’ self-efficacy.To improve the situation,observed,investigated and analysised of the nurse occupation burnout.Result:Prior to the implementation,the nurse self-efficacy was negatively related to emotional exhaustion dimension,the nurse self-efficacy was positively related to personal accomplishment dimension,the nurse self-efficacy had no significant correlation with depersonalization dimension.After intervention,ward,nurses of emergency department of general self-efficacy significantly had been improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ward,emergency department nurses emotional exhaustion,depersonalization score were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Ward,emergency department,ICU nurse personal accomplishment scores were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Improving the self-efficacy of clinical nurses can been worked stably in the bad mood,playes the subjective initiative of their,enhance their ability to work.In the mean time,can been reduced the occupation burnout,promote the development of their own occupation career playe a crucial role.
