目的:总结食管癌在数字化 X 线上消化道造影上的典型表现及分型.方法:对20例诊断为食管癌的患者行数字化 X 线上消化道造影,以食管全程 X 线表现为基础,结合临床并与术后病理检查结果进行对比.结果:中晚期食管癌数字化 X 线上消化道造影的典型表现为:充盈缺损、龛影,结合管壁僵硬、黏膜中断、管腔变窄等诊断及分型较容易,而早期食管癌有一定难度,需要精心细致及熟练的检查操作技术,并结合毛刷拉网及内镜检查验证.结论:数字化 X 线上消化道造影,可以直观地显示食管癌的部位、大小及形态,并能准确地对其进行影像学分型,且在检查中患者易配合,患者痛苦小而深受广大患者和临床医师好评.

목적:총결식관암재수자화 X 선상소화도조영상적전형표현급분형.방법:대20례진단위식관암적환자행수자화 X 선상소화도조영,이식관전정 X 선표현위기출,결합림상병여술후병리검사결과진행대비.결과:중만기식관암수자화 X 선상소화도조영적전형표현위:충영결손、감영,결합관벽강경、점막중단、관강변착등진단급분형교용역,이조기식관암유일정난도,수요정심세치급숙련적검사조작기술,병결합모쇄랍망급내경검사험증.결론:수자화 X 선상소화도조영,가이직관지현시식관암적부위、대소급형태,병능준학지대기진행영상학분형,차재검사중환자역배합,환자통고소이심수엄대환자화림상의사호평.
Objective:Summary of esophageal cancer in digital X-ray radiography of upper gastrointestinal tract on the typical manifestation and classification.Method:In 20 cases with esophageal cancer patients underwent digital X-ray radiography of upper gastrointestinal tract,with esophageal full radiographic findings as the basis,combined with clinical and pathological examination after operation were compared.Result:Advanced esophageal carcinoma digital X-ray radiography of upper gastrointestinal tract as a typical example of:defect filling;niche;with esophageal wall stiffness,mucosal disruption.esophageal anrrowing,diagnosis and typing was easier,and the early esphageal diagnosis was easy.Early stage diagnosis of esophageal cancer had a certain degree of difficulty,needed to be carefully examined and skilled operation technology,combined with the brush net and endoscopy for verification.Conclusion:Digital X-ray radiography of upper gastrointestinal tract,can be visually displayed in esophageal cancer site and shape ,and can accurately carry on the image classification,and in the examination of patients,small pain of patients and welcomed by the majority of patients and clinicians.
