肥胖症已成为人类最大公共卫生挑战之一,肥胖相关性肾病发病率明显升高,肥胖症患者存在瘦素抵抗,高瘦素血症通过促进胰岛素抵抗、增强交感神经系统兴奋、激活肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、诱发氧化应激、促进肾脏纤维化等机制而引起肥胖相关性肾病,并且上述机制与肥胖相关性肾病的病理有关.本文主要阐述了瘦素和肥胖相关性肾病的发病机制及病理改变关系的研究进展.

The obesity has become one of the largest human public health challenge,obesity-related glomerulopathy incidence rate gradually raised,obesity patients exist leptin resistance,hyperleptinemia cause obesity-related glomerulopathy by promoting insulin resistance,increasing sympathetic nervous system excitement.Activating renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,inducing oxidative stress,promoting the renal fibrosis,and the mechanism is associated with the pathological changes of obesity-related glomerulopathy.This paper mainly expounds the research progress of correlation between leptin and obesity-related glomerulopathy pathogenesis and pathological changes.
