目的:探讨无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效.方法:选择2010年1月-2011年12月本院收治的80例患者,按照随机分为研究组38例与对照组42例.研究组采用无张力疝修补术进行治疗,对照组采用传统疝修补术治疗,比较两组患者的住院时间、手术时间、住院费用、术后恢复时间、并发症及复发情况.结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的住院时间、住院费用,术后恢复时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组并发症发生率、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:无张力疝修补术操作变捷、并发症少,复发率低、适合在基层医院推广用.

목적:탐토무장력산수보술여전통산수보술치료복고구산적림상료효.방법:선택2010년1월-2011년12월본원수치적80례환자,안조수궤분위연구조38례여대조조42례.연구조채용무장력산수보술진행치료,대조조채용전통산수보술치료,비교량조환자적주원시간、수술시간、주원비용、술후회복시간、병발증급복발정황.결과:량조수술시간비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);량조환자적주원시간、주원비용,술후회복시간비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).량조병발증발생솔、복발솔비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론:무장력산수보술조작변첩、병발증소,복발솔저、괄합재기층의원추엄용.
Objective:To explore the clinic effecy of non- tension herniorrhaphy and traditional herniorrhaphy treatment of inguinal hernia curative. Method:Choose 80 patients in January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,the rearch group 38 cases and control group 42 cases.The rearech group take non-tension herniorrhaphy and control group take raditional herniorrhaphy. Compared between the two groups of patients in hospital time,,operation time,charge of hospital,postoperative recovery time,complications and recurrence.Result:Compare operation time of two groups of patients ,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared hospital stay、hospital charges、postoperative recovery time of two groups of patients,difference significant,there is statistical significance(P<0.05). Compare complication rates、recurrence rate of two groups of patients,difference significant,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-tension herniorrhaphy operation variable rapid, fewer complications,and the recurrence rate is low,the suitable in basic-level hospitals with promotion.
