目的:了解佛山市南海城乡地区6岁以下儿童的保健状况,为进一步制定适宜的儿童保健政策提供科学依据.方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,随机抽取本地区6岁以下儿童488人,由经过培训合格的调查员进行面对面问卷调查和体格检查.结果:南海城乡地区6岁以下儿童系统保健管理率为64.55%,其中10.86%和53.07%分别是在社区卫生服务站和医院参加的系统儿童保健管理.家长对儿童保健知识的认知比例普遍较低,且16.91%的儿童曾有过意外伤害.用于孩子体检和看病的费用开支>1000元的占12.08%.结论:本地区6岁以下儿童系统保健管理率及家长对儿童相关健康知识知晓率均较低,且日常医疗费用开支较大,今后本地区相关卫生主管部门应重点加强儿童保健管理方面的监督和检查工作.

Objective:To understand the health status of children under 6 years old in urban-rural fringe areas of Nanhai district in Foshan city,and provide reference to making appropriate the policies of children health care. Method:488 children under 6 years old were selected by stratified random sampling method,door-to-door and face to face survey was conducted by trained and qualified investigators. Result:The rate of children under 6 years old system health management in this region was 64.55%,and community health service stations and hospital was respectively 10.86%,53.07%. The proportion of parents’awareness of children’s health knowledge was generally low,and 16.91%of the children had accidental injury. Expenses for child physical examination and medical treatment cost more than one hundred yuan accounted for 12.08%. Conclusion:The rate of children under 6 years of age system health management in this region is lower,so parents’health knowledge awareness and routine medical expenses are large,in the future health authorities this region should focus on strengthening the management of child health supervision and inspection work.
