目的:研究玉竹对免疫功能的影响.方法:将昆明种小鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、玉竹水煎液组及香菇菌多糖阳性对照组,腹腔注射给药环磷酰胺3 d造成小鼠免疫抑制模型,同时分别灌胃给药生理盐水及相应药物7 d后测定玉竹对小鼠胸腺、脾脏质量、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数、溶血素、溶血斑以及淋巴细胞转化率的影响.结果:玉竹能提高环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型小鼠胸腺、脾脏质量、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数,促进溶血素、溶血斑形成,提高淋巴细胞转化率;与模型组相比可提高免疫抑制小鼠各免疫指数,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:玉竹具有增强免疫作用的功能.

목적:연구옥죽대면역공능적영향.방법:장곤명충소서분위공백대조조、모형조、옥죽수전액조급향고균다당양성대조조,복강주사급약배린선알3 d조성소서면역억제모형,동시분별관위급약생리염수급상응약물7 d후측정옥죽대소서흉선、비장질량、탄서백분솔、탄서지수、용혈소、용혈반이급림파세포전화솔적영향.결과:옥죽능제고배린선알조성면역억제모형소서흉선、비장질량、탄서백분솔、탄서지수,촉진용혈소、용혈반형성,제고림파세포전화솔;여모형조상비가제고면역억제소서각면역지수,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01).결론:옥죽구유증강면역작용적공능.
@@@@Objective:To study the effect of Radix Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce on the mice’s immune function.Method:The immunosuppression mice model was established with injecting cyclophosphamide in abdominal.At the same time,Intragastricing administration with normal saline and corresponding drug for 7 days,to compare the effect of the mice’s thymus weight,spleen weight,Percentage phagocytosis,phagocytic index,hemolysin,hemolysis plaque and lymphocyte transformation rate between Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce and other drugs.Result:Radix Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce can improve model mice spleen weight,phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index,promote the formation of hemolysin and hemolytic plaque,and increase the rate of lymphocyte transformation.Compared with model group,It can improve immunodeficient mouse immune index,and there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce has the function on enhancing immune function.
