目的:观察丁苯酞对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后大脑皮质细胞凋亡的影响.方法:将30只SD大鼠分成对照组(15只)和丁苯酞组(15只).线栓法制备大鼠缺血再灌注模型,采用免疫组化法检测大脑皮层细胞凋亡数目.结果:丁苯酞组凋亡细胞数目较对照组明显减少(P<0.05).结论:丁苯酞可减少凋亡细胞数,对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有神经保护作用.

목적:관찰정분태대대서뇌결혈재관주손상후대뇌피질세포조망적영향.방법:장30지SD대서분성대조조(15지)화정분태조(15지).선전법제비대서결혈재관주모형,채용면역조화법검측대뇌피층세포조망수목.결과:정분태조조망세포수목교대조조명현감소(P<0.05).결론:정분태가감소조망세포수,대대서뇌결혈재관주손상구유신경보호작용.
@@@@Objective:To observe the butylphthalide on rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury after cerebral cortex cell apoptosis. Method:30 SD rats were divided into control group(15)and butylphthalide group(15 only). Suture methods for rat model of ischemia reperfusion,by mmunohistochemical method the number of apoptotic cells in cerebral cortex. Result:The butylphthalide group the number of apoptotic cells decreased obviously than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Butylphthalide can reduce the number of apoptotic cells,on rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury has a neuroprotective effect.
