目的:探讨股骨头缺血坏死患者CT诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年3月-2011年12月收治的58例股骨头缺血坏死患者的病例资料,所有患者均进行CT检查,并对CT检查的诊断价值进行分析.结果:所有患者经CT检查结果显示,共71个部位发生股骨头缺血坏死,12个为Ⅰ期,25个为Ⅱ期,34个为Ⅲ期,因患者都为高龄,故均进行手术治疗,行人工股骨头置换手术治疗,术中所见均符合CT表现,CT诊断率为100%.结论:CT检查对股骨头缺血坏死患者的诊断有很高的价值,其可在疾病早期发现股骨头缺血坏死病变部位.

@@@@Objective:To study the value of CT diagnosis in treating with ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Method:A retrospective analysis of the data for the 58 cases patients of femoral head necrosis of ischemia treated in the writer’s hospital in March 2010 to December 2011,all patients were performed CT examination,and made an analysis for the diagnostic value of CT examination. Result:The result showed that a total of 71 parts had leaded to ischemic necrosis femoral head,12 cases for stageⅠ,25 cases bits phaseⅡ,34 cases forⅢperiod. For the patients aged,so they were performed surgical treatment,and made the artificial femoral head replacement treatment,intraoperatively saw which conform to be the normal CT manifestations. The rate of CT diagnosis was 100%. Conclusion:CT examination has a high value on the diagnosis of patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head,and it can discover the disease of pathological changes of ischemic necrosis in the early time.
