目的:探讨宫颈DNA异倍体检测与宫颈组织病变的相关性.方法:对3551例患者进行宫颈DNA异倍体检测,发现少量DNA异倍体细胞者465例,95例大量宫颈DNA异倍体细胞者需做阴道镜及活检,仅41例遵医嘱做阴道镜及宫颈活检.结果:(1)宫颈DNA细胞正常的检出率为84.2%,宫颈DNA异倍体细胞少量和大量的检出率分别为13.1%、2.7%.(2)41例大量细胞DNA异倍体宫颈活检病理结果示宫颈上皮内低度瘤变16例,宫颈上皮高度内瘤变12例,宫颈浸润癌4例.(3)宫颈细胞DNA异倍体检测诊断宫颈病变的敏感性15.8%,特异性78.0%,其中宫颈癌前病变占68.3%,宫颈癌占9.6%.宫颈细胞DNA异倍体数量与宫颈组织上皮内瘤变的级别成正比.结论:宫颈细胞DNA异倍体检测可超早期筛查宫颈癌前病变或宫颈癌,具有高敏感性和特异性.
목적:탐토궁경DNA이배체검측여궁경조직병변적상관성.방법:대3551례환자진행궁경DNA이배체검측,발현소량DNA이배체세포자465례,95례대량궁경DNA이배체세포자수주음도경급활검,부41례준의촉주음도경급궁경활검.결과:(1)궁경DNA세포정상적검출솔위84.2%,궁경DNA이배체세포소량화대량적검출솔분별위13.1%、2.7%.(2)41례대량세포DNA이배체궁경활검병리결과시궁경상피내저도류변16례,궁경상피고도내류변12례,궁경침윤암4례.(3)궁경세포DNA이배체검측진단궁경병변적민감성15.8%,특이성78.0%,기중궁경암전병변점68.3%,궁경암점9.6%.궁경세포DNA이배체수량여궁경조직상피내류변적급별성정비.결론:궁경세포DNA이배체검측가초조기사사궁경암전병변혹궁경암,구유고민감성화특이성.
@@@@Objective:To investigate the correlation between cervical DNA aneuploid and cervical lesions.Method:Cervical DNA aneuploid was detected in 3551 cases,465 cases which had small amounts of DNA aneuploid cells were found,95 cases which had large number of cervical DNA aneuploid cells were found,and 95 cases which were required to do a colposcopy and biopsy.Only 41 cases prescribed by doctor which were did a colposcopy and cervical biopsy.Result:(1)Cells of normal cervical DNA of detection rate was 84.2%,a small amount of cervical DNA aneuploid cells of detection rate was 13.1%,and a large amount of cervical DNA aneuploid cells of detection rate was 2.7%.(2)Biopsy results of that 41 cases of a large number of cell DNA aneuploid cervical showed that the low cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)in 16 cases,height of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in 12 cases,invasive cervical cancer in 4 cases.(3)Sensitivity of detection and diagnosis to cervical cell DNA aneuploidy of cervical lesions was 15.8%. Specificity was 78.0%.Cervical precancerous lesions accounted for 68.3%. Cervical cancer accounted for 9.6%.Who had a large amount of cervical DNA aneuploid cells,who would have the higher level of intraepithelial neoplasia.Conclusion:Through detection of cervical cell DNA aneuploidy,can find cervical cancer and precancerous lesions or cervical cancer early,it has high sensitivity and specificity.
