目的:探讨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法和疗效.方法:2010年5月到2011年4月,采用四维牵引加微创激光汽化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例.结果:腰腿痛症状明显缓解或消失.结论:四维牵引加微创激光汽化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,是无创加微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的方法.

Objective:To explore the methods and efficacy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:May 2010 to April 2011, 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation using four-dimensional laser vaporization traction and minimally invasive treatment.Results:Low back pain symptoms were relieved or disappeared.Conclusion:Exact effect of four direction spinal traction and minimally invasive laser vaporization in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and It is a noninvasive and minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
