目的:探讨对于晚期胃癌患者行姑息性切除的可行性以及其对患者术后生存期限的影响.方法:回顾性地分析我院于2007年1月~2012年4月所收治的共74例晚期胃癌患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组40例,对照组34例,治疗组采取姑息性胃切除术治疗,对照组给予姑息性非切除手术治疗,观察两组患者生存率及生存质量.结果:两组相比较,治疗组其生存质量及生存率均明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于晚期胃癌不能根治的患者来说,姑息性胃切除可延长其生存时间,提高生存质量.

목적:탐토대우만기위암환자행고식성절제적가행성이급기대환자술후생존기한적영향.방법:회고성지분석아원우2007년1월~2012년4월소수치적공74례만기위암환자적림상자료,근거치료방법적불동분위치료조여대조조,치료조40례,대조조34례,치료조채취고식성위절제술치료,대조조급여고식성비절제수술치료,관찰량조환자생존솔급생존질량.결과:량조상비교,치료조기생존질량급생존솔균명현우우대조조,구유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:대우만기위암불능근치적환자래설,고식성위절제가연장기생존시간,제고생존질량.
Objective:To Explore the feasibility of advanced gastric cancer patients with palliative resection and postoperative survival period.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of our hospital from January 2007 to April 2012, admitted a total of 74 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients, divided into a treatment group and the control group, the treatment group of 40 patients, depending on the treatment and control group 34.The patients in the treatment group to take palliative gastrectomy,the control group were given a palliative resection surgical treatment,survival rates and quality of life were observed.Results:Compared the two groups,the treatment group,the quality of life and survival rate was significantly better than the control group,a statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Palliative gastric resection prolong the survival time for patients with advanced gastric cancer can not cure,and improve the quality of life.
