目的:评价免疫调节剂甘露聚糖肽注射液在颅脑外伤患者术后感染的临床价值及可能机理.方法:回顾性研究我院颅脑外伤术后患者采用甘露聚糖肽注射液治疗的病案,根据入选和排除标准纳入98例术后患者,其中抽取采用了相同手术患者98例,作为空白对照.评价两组术后的感染情况,住院情况,伤口愈合情况,抗生素使用情况,并对血清免疫细胞水平评价.结果:甘露聚糖肽组的总感染率,呼吸道、切口感染率低于空白组.泌尿系统感染率无差异.甘露聚糖肽组平均住院时间、抗生素使用时间均短于空白组,另外甘露聚糖肽组甲级愈合远高于空白组.免疫细胞检测显示,甘露聚糖肽组CD4+,NK细胞水平均高于对照组.结论:甘露聚糖肽可明确降低颅脑术后感染,促进伤口愈合,缩短病程.其机制可能与其激活细胞免疫有关.限于回顾性分析方法,该结局尚需进一步肯定.

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and mechanism of Mannatide Injection treating with infection post-operation of Craniocerebral Trauma.Methods:A retrospective study was conduced on 98 patients with post-operation of Craniocerebral Trauma treated by Mannatide Injection.98 patients were included based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,and extracted the same surgery in 98 patients,as a blank control.Evaluation of postoperative infection,hospitalization,wound healing,use of antibiotics,and serum level of cellular immune evaluation. Results:Mannatide group total infection rate、respiratory infection rates、incision infection rates lower than the control group.Urinary tract infection is no difference.The Mannatide group,the average length of stay,the use of antibiotics are shorter than the control group;Mannatide group Grade A healing is much higher than the blank group;CD4+,NK cells were more higher than blank Group and also.Conclusion:Mannatide can reduce Craniocerebral Trauma infection and promote wound healing and shorten the course.Its mechanism may be related to activation of cellular immunity.Limited retrospective analysis,the outcome certainly requires further.
