目的:探讨主动脉夹层的临床特点,提高对本病的认识,以便更好的进行早期诊断和治疗.方法:回顾性分析102例主动脉夹层患者的病因、临床症状、分型、治疗方法及预后.结果:102例患者,非手术治疗59例,手术治疗43例.治愈57例,好转21例,未愈3例,死亡19例,自动出院2例.结论:主动脉夹层临床表现多种多样,死亡率高,确诊应及时行CTA检查,正确及时的诊断和治疗是抢救成功的关键.

Objective:To investigate the clinical features of aortic dissection, raise awareness of the disease, so early diagnosis and treatment is better. Methods:a retrospective analysis of etiology, clinical symptoms in patients with aortic dissection, typing, treatment methods and prognosis of 102 cases. Results:102 patients, treatment of 59 cases of non operation, 43 cases were treated with operation. 57 cases were cured, 21 cases improved, 3 cases healed, 19 cases died, 2 cases were discharged automatically. Conclusion:the clinical manifestations of aortic dissection is varied, the mortality rate is high, the diagnosis should be timely CTA examination, the correct and timely diagnosis and treatment is the key to successful rescue.
