目的:探讨安全教育在神经内科患者护理安全管理中的重要性.方法:选择2010年6月~2012年2月首次住院的200例神经内科疾病患者,其中对照组100例,在常规治疗的基础上接受神经内科健康教育;观察组100例,在对照组的基础上既强化患者又强化对家属的安全健康教育.比较住院期间两组患者对掌握安全知识的程度、安全隐患发生的概率和对神经内科护理工作的满意度.结果:观察组在掌握安全知识的程度、科室满意度都显著较对照组高,而发生安全隐患的概率,观察组明显较照组低.结论:安全教育在神经内科患者护理安全管理中起着重要作用,是预防和减少不安全因素发生的行之有效的方法.

Objective:To discuss the importance of safety education in Neuro—internal medicine nursing safety management. Method:To review and analyze 200 cases of patients in Neuro—-internal Medicine during their hospitalization from June 2010 to February 2012.Among the 100 cases of the control group, on the basis of routine treatment with acceptable Neuro—internal medicine health education;The observation group 100 cases, on the basis of the control group strengthening on patients and families of healthy education. Comparison of the degree of master safety knowledge, safety hidden trouble occur and nursing work satisfaction on Neuro—-internal Medicine. Results:Acquiring knowledge on safety degree and nursing work satisfaction in the observation group are significantly higher than the control group, and the occurrence of potential safety hazard probability is relatively lower in the observation group . Conclusion:safety education plays an important role in Neuro—internal medicine nursing safety management and it is the effective method to prevent and reduct the unsafe factors .
