目的:探讨门急诊对手足口病的护理流程与管理对策.方法:对2009年9月~2012年9月期间门急诊收治诊断为手足口病患儿341例实施综合护理干预,包括做好手足口病患儿预检分诊宣传教育和疫情报告、患儿及家长的情绪和心理干预、切断传播途径、尽早识别处理重症病例以及加强对症护理等方法.结果:341例全部治愈,重症患儿25例,经过系统治疗后各项生理指标均恢复正常,健康出院,无一例死亡.结论:有效的护理干预可以提高手足口病治愈率,促进患儿的尽早康复,减少交叉感染.

Objective:To discuss this hand, foot and mouth disease nursing process and management countermeasures. Method:September 2009 to September 2012 ,341 cases of the disease children nursing intervention, including children propaganda education service and epidemic situation report, parents and children's emotional and psychological intervention, cut off the transmission way, early identification and treatment of severe cases. Results:341 cases cured, all children in 25 cases, after system after treatment the physiological indexes returned to normal, healthy discharge, no deaths. Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention can improve the cure rate of the disease, , reduce the cross infection.
