目的:优选痹痛贴最佳提取工艺.方法:以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,用L9(34)正交试验表安排正交试验,以蛇床子素含量、干膏收率为考察指标,采用综合加权评分法进行数据分析,优化独活、川芎、川木香、乳香、没药等药的乙醇回流提取工艺条件.结果:最佳工艺为药材加70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1h,第一次加醇量为8倍,第二次加醇量为6倍.结论:该工艺客观可行,稳定合理,可为工业化生产提供理论依据.
