目的:探讨实施系统康复训练对入住“康复者之家”的慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响.方法:选取2011年10月至2012年3月在我院住院治疗的35例患者,根据每位患者的实际情况选择性入住我院开办的康复机构-康复者之家进行康复治疗,经3个月的系统性康复训练后,采用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)及社会功能筛选评定量表(SDSS)对治疗效果进行检测并分析.结果:35例康复者经3个月的系统康复训练后,在社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生、心理健康等多个因子上均有明显的提高和改善(P<0.05).结论:慢性精神分裂症患者在入住“康复者之家”实施系统康复训练后,其社会适应能力和病情改善情况均有明显好转,数据分析显示“康复者之家”康复机构模式,对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复具有明显的促进作用,适合在对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复治疗上推广应用.

Objective:To investigate the effect of implementation of the rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation home on the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:Based on the actual situation of each patient, 35 patients who were admitted to our hospital between October 2011 and March 2012 were selectivity ran by systematic rehabilitation training in rehabilitation institutions-rehabilitation home.After three months, the effect were valued and analyzed with the nurse screening of hospitalized patients observation scale (NOSIE) and social function rating scale (SDSS).Results:After three months of rehabilitation training, the social competence, social interest, personal hygiene, psychological health and other factors had significantly enhanced and improved in 35 patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the implementation of the rehabilitation training in rehabilitation home, the social adaptability and their conditions had significantly improved.The systematic rehabilitation training in rehabilitation home can improve the schizophrenia recovery in patients with chronic schizophrenia, and it can be widely used.
