目的:观察CAG方案治疗低增生性髓细胞白血病(AML)的临床疗效.方法:对31例低增生AML给予CAG方案诱导缓解化疗,观察其化疗相关毒性,监测中性粒细胞水平,并评估疗效.结果:31例患者中完全缓解17例,部分缓解7例,总有效率77%,未缓解7例.结论:CAG方案治疗低增生AML安全有效,中性粒细胞减少时间短,降低化疗相关死亡率.
목적:관찰CAG방안치료저증생성수세포백혈병(AML)적림상료효.방법:대31례저증생AML급여CAG방안유도완해화료,관찰기화료상관독성,감측중성립세포수평,병평고료효.결과:31례환자중완전완해17례,부분완해7례,총유효솔77%,미완해7례.결론:CAG방안치료저증생AML안전유효,중성립세포감소시간단,강저화료상관사망솔.
Objective:To investigate the clinic effect of hypocellular acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with CAG regimen. Methods:31 cases with hypocellular acute myeloid leukemia (AML) were treated with CAG regimen.Results:There were 17 cases achieved Complete remission(CR);7cases partial remission(PR).The total effective rateWas 77%,inducing 7 cases of NR.Conclusion:CAG regimen has been proved to be effective In shortening the perind of neutropenia and decreasing the death rate related to chemotherapy,hence,a secure and effective therapy in treating hypocellular AML.
